
Inside Sales Representative
POSITION SUMMARY
The Inside Sales division at SWCORP will be focused revenue generation, while insuring to deliver premium service. You will be fostering a sales culture where product quality and service excellence will allow you to acquire new customers, cross/upsell to existing, and increase loyalty through repeat business. As a Brand advocate you will also be required to maintain accurate customer records of all contacts, including but not limited to closed sales, follow ups or general inquiries. As of our first point of customer engagement, you must continually find ways of leveraging each contact by upselling out of warranty parts and cross selling companion products, all while building brand/product awareness.
DELIVERABLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage high volume of contacts in a timely manner high quality of services and performance standards
- Upsell, cross sell and work towards high conversions; consistently following up on sales opportunities parts and or warranty related
- Disposition no less than 95% of all contacts received new and or existing into the CRM
- Perform outbound customer calls to promote and sell a product and or service
- Provide product literature, brochures, catalogs and other campaign material
- “Responds to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempts to resolve
- complaints successfully and upsell in accordance with established guidelines.”
COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and sales skills
- Ability to turn a difficult/irate customer into sales opportunity
- 3+ years’ experience in high volume/fast paced sales contact center
- Experience with inside sales through multiple channels which include inbound, outbound, chat, and eCommerce
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent knowledge around SLAs, KPIs, and general sales call center metrics
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms (preferred Sugar CRM)
- Strong understanding of quality metrics and process
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Spanish a plus
